Shipping & Returns
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Once we’ve received your order, we’ll get to work right away. We aim to ship all orders within 1 working day, excluding national holidays.
Your order will be packed with care and shipped via PostNL, FedEx, UPS or DHL, depending on your country. After your package has been dispatched, you’ll receive a track & trace code by email from the carrier. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder, it sometimes ends up there.
Orders within the Netherlands and Belgium are usually delivered within 1–2 working days. For other countries, delivery may take a few additional days. If you have any questions or haven’t received your tracking information, don’t hesitate to contact us , we’re happy to assist.
DELIVERY TIME
Once we have received your order, we will do our best to send the items as soon as possible. We aim to ship your package within 1 working day, except for national holidays.
We will pack your order with care and transfer it to PostNL, FEDEX, UPS or DHL, depending on your country. After your package has been sent your track & trace code will be send by mail by the forwarder. If you have not received an email, first check the spam box. It often happens that the e-mail arrives in there. If that is not the case, contact us at customerservice@sproet-sprout.nl. Packages within the Netherlands and Belgium are generally delivered within 1 to 2 working days. For the other countries this can take a few days.

TAX-FREE SHOPPING
All prices on our website include 21% VAT. Are you located outside the EU? Please email us at customerservice@sproet-sprout.nl and we will help you with the VAT refund (we will credit the VAT amount after your order).
Please note: orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and handling fees determined by the destination country. These charges are collected locally once the parcel arrives and must be paid by the recipient.
If you refuse a shipment because of import fees, you are responsible for:
* the original shipping costs
* any import fees charged on the parcel
* the cost of returning the package
These amounts will be deducted from your refund.
RETURNS
Not completely happy with your order? No worries. Items can be returned within 14 days after delivery, as long as they are unused, in perfect condition, and with all labels attached.
How to return:
* Place the item(s) in the original shipping box (or a sturdy alternative)
* Include the return form
* Bring the parcel to your nearest post office within 14 days of delivery
Please note:
* Return shipping costs are at your own expense (including any taxes, customs duties and fees).
* Items discounted more than 50% cannot be returned or exchanged.
* If you return part of an order and the remaining total drops below the free-shipping threshold, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
EXCHANGES
You can exchange an item if there is a defect, or if you need a different size or another item. Please add your return form and clearly indicate what you would like to receive instead. If the requested item is in stock, we’ll send it to you as soon as possible.
Exchange items must be returned unused, in perfect condition, with all labels attached.
